OK, So I Fell Off the Veggie Wagon Again...

            Old favourite when my wife (who's a strict ovo-lactarian vegetarian) isn't here for lunch:

Lamb chops marinated in olive oil, lemon juice, finely diced fresh rosemary, dried marjoram, a clove of crushed garlic, salt, pepper, and a splash of Maggi sauce, grilled in a griddle pan for ±2-3 minutes/side.

Two medium potatoes cut into 1/8ths, marinated in olive oil, lemon juice, a splash of Maggi, salt, pepper, & 'Ozzie Outback' seasoning (hard to find).  Roasted covered for 10 minutes @ 180°/ microwave 1, then uncovered for 20 minutes more.
