Cloudy Sunset in Sri Lanka - a photo on Flickriver

            On our home beach in Sri Lanka there are barely half a dozen restaurants. Some of them are very improvised. You put a table in the sand and have the food - fish or prawns - brought to you. Since it gets dark at 6:30 p.m., I like to come much earlier, e.g. between 5 and 5:30 p.m., to watch the hustle and bustle on the beach and take photos. This image testifies to a field of clouds illuminated by the setting sun. I intentionally underexposed a little to create a more dramatic effect.
