In Front of the Hum Restaurant in Thao Dien, Vietnam

            Now I've been in Vietnam for 10 days. I was looking forward to Thao Dien, a nice place to stay in Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon). A lot has changed here since 2018. The number of restaurants, some of which are very upscale and elegant, has increased enormously. The number of cafes has almost exploded. The French influence, which dates back to the time of colonization, is unmistakable. The vegetarian restaurant Hunm already existed in 2018. It was able to hold its own and gain elegance. After the good meal, my Vietnamese daughter-in-law goes home in front of the restaurant wall.
