un gros bourdon vers Genérica Floralis

            Floralis Genérica est une sculpture mobile en acier et aluminium située Plaza de las Naciones Unidas, Avenida Figueroa Alcorta, à Buenos Aires, un cadeau à la ville de l'architecte Eduardo Catalano. 
Pour Catalano, c'est la «synthèse de toutes les fleurs et à la fois un espoir qui renaît chaque jour en s'épanouissant». Créée en 2002, elle ferme ses pétales chaque soir au coucher du Soleil et les rouvre le matin suivant à 8 h. 
 Elle se trouve au centre d’un parc dans le quartier de la Recoleta, à Buenos Aires. Ce monument de 20m de haut et de 18t possède six pétales géants qui s’animent grâce à un système hydraulique et à des cellules photovoltaïques. Les pétales s’ouvrent au début du jour avant de se refermer en fin de journée

Floralis Genérica is a mobile sculpture in steel and aluminum located in Plaza de las Naciones Unidas, Avenida Figueroa Alcorta, in Buenos Aires, a gift to the city from the architect Eduardo Catalano.
For Catalano, it is “the synthesis of all the flowers and at the same time a hope which is reborn every day while blooming”. Created in 2002, it closes its petals every evening at sunset and reopens them the following morning at 8 a.m.
 It sits in the center of a park in the Recoleta district of Buenos Aires. This 20m high and 18t monument has six giant petals which come to life thanks to a hydraulic system and photovoltaic cells. The petals open at the start of the day before closing again at the end of the day

Floralis Genérica es una escultura móvil en acero y aluminio ubicada en la Plaza de las Naciones Unidas, Avenida Figueroa Alcorta, en Buenos Aires, un regalo a la ciudad del arquitecto Eduardo Catalano.
Para Catalano, es “la síntesis de todas las flores y al mismo tiempo una esperanza que renace cada día mientras florece”. Creado en 2002, cierra sus pétalos todas las noches al atardecer y los vuelve a abrir a la mañana siguiente a las 8 a.m.
 Se encuentra en el centro de un parque en el distrito de Recoleta de Buenos Aires. Este monumento de 20 m de altura y 18 t tiene seis pétalos gigantes que cobran vida gracias a un sistema hidráulico y células fotovoltaicas. Los pétalos se abren al comienzo del día antes de volver a cerrarse al final del día.
