Hawaiian Rain Forest - Manoa Falls Trail - Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii

Image above was taken looking up while walking along the Manoa Falls Trail to the waterfall. As you drive to the parking lot for this hiking trail, the foliage drastically changes from tropical beach to full rain forest. We were rained on during the entirety of our hike to the waterfall but not too much due to all the overhead canopy blocking the rain. It was a somewhat surreal experience...knowing that I was on the island of Oahu in Hawaii but yet experiencing a tropical rain forest. Definitely an experience that will not be soon forgotten!
