READY FOR SUNSET, PARIS, FRANCE - a photo on Flickriver

            That afternoon of August 8, 2010, according to the book "TALISMAN, SACRED CITIES, SECRET FAITH" by Mr. Robert Bauval and Graham Hancock, in those days there is a very specific alignment. I placed myself in the central axis of the Avenue de la Grande Armée, near the Arc de Triomphe, you can see how at sunset, it will do it inside that kind of square box that forms the Arc of Defense or Grand Arch.

That astronomical event is not accidental, obviously. All that Central Axis is called “Axe Historique” (Historic Axis) that begins in the Louvre and continues through the Place de la Concorde, the Avenue of the Champs Elysees, the Arc de Triomphe, and even the bridge of Neuilly and the Arch of La Défense or Grande Arche.

I was very lucky that during those days one of the sides of the avenue was under repair, so there I was able to plant my camera and my tripod waiting for the sunset.

Some minutes later, I started to realize that I was not alone and that some more people have read the same book.

Esa tarde del 8 de agosto de 2010, según el libro "TALISMAN, CIUDADES SAGRADAS, FE SECRETA" del Sr. Robert Bauval y Graham Hancock, en esos días hay una alineación muy específica. Me situé en el eje central de la Avenida de la Grande Armée, cerca del Arco del Triunfo, se puede ver como al atardecer, lo hará dentro de esa especie de caja cuadrada que forma el Arco de la Defensa o Gran Arco.

Ese acontecimiento astronómico no es casual, obviamente. Todo ese Eje Central se llama "Axe Historique" (Eje Histórico) que comienza en el Louvre y continúa por la Plaza de la Concordia, la Avenida de los Campos Elíseos, el Arco del Triunfo, e incluso el puente de Neuilly y el Arco de la Défense o Gran Arco.

Tuve la gran suerte de que durante esos días uno de los lados de la avenida estaba en reparación, así que allí pude plantar mi cámara y mi trípode esperando la puesta de sol.

Unos minutos más tarde, empecé a darme cuenta de que no estaba solo y de que algunas personas más habían leído el mismo libro.
