By now you probably know that I am drawn to take pictures of abandoned buildings. So no matter where I am, I always have my eyes open for structures left to the mercy of time and nature. I found this one right before the south exit of Arikok National Park in Aruba. I almost missed it though. The dirt road leading to the exit was going really close (like 5-10 meters away) to 10 huge wind turbines and naturally i was starring at them and didn't notice that abandoned building on my left. I saw it though and I felt like I have to stop and take a look inside. Old buildings usually make me wonder what's their story. My guess is that this one was abandonded when the wind farm was built. Maybe the people that lived there couldn't stand the constant loud noise from the wind turbines. but that's just a guess..
