Amit has more of a story and was very political with many of his views, but to keep things simple I can express to you he was my first stranger during my trip to Colorado in June of 2015. Driving in his Toyota Prius (great on gas mileage at that), Amit was coming up from Texas to take in all the natural beauty of Colorado. He brought his sleeping bag, camera bag, car, and a few changes of cloths along with him for the trip. My friend Eddie was nice enough to give Amit a few pointers for places to visit, in the best old school fashion on a paper map. We live in such a digital age that most are reliant on GPS via a smartphone or other device it was neat to see someone using an actually map. I requested a photo of Amit for the (608)strangers and he was happy to oblige. Admittedly, the photos aren't as good as I'd like them to be. The project is not always about taking a great picture, but meeting new people in the process. The 100 strangers group is a fantastic starting point for anyone looking to see some quality write-ups (with amazing photography to go with!) Until we meet again Amit, happy travels!
