rock art released animation (see below)

            A sample of my methodology in searching the rock art for images and then developing them.  I am putting more time into this area of work after my trip to the North West of Australia. It reminded me of the experience I had when I originally saw these very ancient works of art and I wanted to release the images from their rock constraints. As an art teacher I am gobsmacked by the fantastic artistic ability of some of these rock artists. Mind you there still are a lot of symbolic / iconic works that are merely copies of originals but then you get the rare piece often hidden behind others. This piece has many more images in the gallery but only by taking a new picture with very high resolution and Infra red and ultra violet imaging facilities would I be able to truely detect all those images lying under the topmost versions.  I have therefore interpolated my impression and have found, I believe, some evidence of tessellating imagery.  See the link between the Kangaroo ver 2 and the last  man image. The right hand tessellates with the head of the kangaroo.
