West Highland Statesman - a photo on Flickriver

            An immaculate 47593 'Galloway Princess' leads the West Highland Statesman tour past Cartland with 47501 'Craftsman'  trailing on the rear. This was the loco's railtour debut since regaining it's former 47/4 identity and repaint into Scottish-Style BR Large Logo livery.

This was the first leg of a 3 day excursion for passengers booked on the luxury train. Passengers will spend the night in Fort William before a return trip to Mallaig on Sunday. They will make their way back South on Monday with an extended stop at Rannoch for passengers to take in the scenery.

This train ran as 1Z60 and started at Milton Keynes.
