Chester cathedral church, UK - a photo on Flickriver

HDR photography by Timothy Selvage inside Chester Cathedral. I had actually planned to upload a different picture this evening but since then I have been inspired to change my workflow with the hope of adding a new dimension to the way I process images. However, I have not quite mastered this technique. When I saw the picture I was about to upload I knew it would be a great advocate for this new method so couldn't face uploading it as it was.

It was one of those moments when you realise that there is room for improvement, that you want to improve though haven't quite yet done so - but know how to. It's a positive moment, but is definitely riddled with frustration as you can't fast forward the learning process.

It's a tough call for me to make as I no longer want to upload anything as nothing seems good enough anymore, but at the same time I don't want to lose momentum and motivation. Sometimes it is better to produce something than forever wait for nothing (work in progress). Today I really began to understand the turmoil of immersing oneself in art. You can visualise what you want to produce but can't produce it just yet. It starts to burn inside and you begin to work frantically.....
