I don´t know for how long I can keep up my goals here on flickr, my mental health is getting weaker and weaker, my panic attacks are back and is increasing in frequency perhaps it is stress or just the isolation I have lived in for so long now... perhaps I need more medication!??

...anyhow I get out twice a week now, mostly just buying stuff and posting deliveries...

I have been longing to have day-long unplanned walks, looking for fossils or just sit at café´s drinking coffee and doddle in pads with my biro...

I am feeling more and more as a Robot and in a cramped world that just get smaller and smaller, I hope it is only temporary and that I soon will be back on track again...
