Bâtiment écran

            Construit en 1953 par l'architecte suisse Daniel Girardet dans un style fortement inspiré par Le Corbusier
Composé d'appartements de 2 et 3 pièces dans la partie centrale et de très beau 5 pièces aux extrémités. Il était destiné à recevoir les officiers supérieurs et les pilotes de la base aérienne de Meyenheim.
A noter aussi la présence sur le toit d'une pataugeoire pour divertir les enfants des officiers.
Dans les années 60, il est investi par Mulhouse Habitat et les appartements sont transformés en bureau.
La rénovation opérée en 2014 a complètement restructuré les logements d'origines pour les mettre aux normes actuelles.
