What's on in December? - a photo on Flickriver

            Hopefully more Grids on 6M32/6E32. Colas 56 087 heads 6E32 Colas Ribble Rail - Lindsay Oil Refinery past  Frostholme Mill at Cornholme  on a typical Northern November day. The front face of the Mill is currently on decision. The rear of the mill is already bulldozed and while I was there spoil was being removed from the side of the mill. With the prospect of the mill being totally demolished this scene could change drastically in the New Year.
Ian Edmondson tells me that  the mill was built in 1861 and had 400 looms at its peak. Since the mid 1970's behind the front wall there has been a furniture making company.
