Guillemot de Troïl - Uria aalge - Common Murre

            Alcidé très commun dans l'Atlantique Nord et le Pacifique Nord, dont la population mondiale est supérieure à 18 millions d'individus ! Les effectifs sont globalement en augmentation, sauf en Europe où un déclin de 25 à 50% a été observé depuis 10 ans. Probablement en grande partie à cause de la surpêche, mais peut-être également à cause des changements de la température de l'eau. Effectivement, des chercheurs ont démontré qu'une augmentation d'1°C de la température moyenne de l'eau en surface engendre un déclin d'environ 10% des colonies touchées.
