HMAS Parramatta wreck - a photo on Flickriver

The remains of Australia's first purpose built destroyer, HMAS Parramatta. The bow & stern were removed and serve as memorials while the hull remains tucked away in arrested decay. The full story of this interesting ship - and how it came to be wrecked - can be found in my book:
