1938 Oldsmobile 1935 Ford 1941 Chevrolet 1941 Plymouth

            This photo was taken in the early spring of 1944 on the back lawn of a private residence at 173 William Street on the shores of the Avon River in Stratford Ontario. Starting on the left, a 1938 Oldsmobile Six Touring Sedan, a 1935 Ford Standard Tudor, a 1941 Chevrolet Coupe and a 1941 Plymouth 2 door sedan. My Mother is sitting on the Ford with my older Brother. The lady on the Oldsmobile, the man leaning on the Chevrolet and the lady sitting on the Plymouth are the children of the older gentleman at the far left. The young girl is his Granddaughter and the lady sitting on the Chevrolet is his Daughter-in Law and was my Mother's best friend growing up.
