Eas Chia-aig falls, Neopan Acros 100

Located just outside Clunes and Loch Arkaig near Gairlochy in Lochaber, Scotland, this waterfall is called Eas Chia-aig Falls and the plunge pool beneath is known as the Witches Cauldron. Shot using a Nikon FM2 35mm SLR with a Nikkor 24mm f/2.8 Ai manual focus super wideangle lens with circular polarising and orange filters. Film was Fuji Neopan Acros 100 ASA, developed at native film speed in fresh Ilfotec DD-X developer (dil. 1+4), 8mins 38 secs at 20.5°C, 1 min. stop followed by 5 mins in Ilford Hypam fixer. I tend to give film a 1 minute pre-soak prior to starting development these days too. Digitised to DNG raw file using a Plustek 8200i film scanner and processed from raw using Capture One Pro 22.
