burning river - a photo on Flickriver

            The previous picture was taken two days earlier. I left the river right after sunrise. Then I saw through the car window that the river looked on fire. I regretted for not staying there for a bit longer.

I came to the same spot again. I spent about 40 minutes on the bridge for photography. The mist was lighter this morning and so was this phenomenon. There was no sunbeam line over the river.

This might not be a very good nature photograph in terms of colour, composition, and camera setting. The real sight was much more gorgeous and impressive.

Taken at 6:20 a.m., 24 minutes after the first light of dawn was seen above the bushes. White balance: Daylight. Tone isn't post-edited.
