GOOD  NEWS, of a sort, have been diagnosed with  Polymyalgia, which causes stiffness, pain, aching and tenderness of the large muscles around the upper body. The good news bit is have been put on steroids to reduce swelling, on a high dose to start with, then with more regular blood tests  to reduce the amount taken, and it has started working within 24hrs, "Praise the lord!"  May have to take them for 18 to 24 months, so if you see me this overweight muscle bound, bird photographer, with man boobs. just look the other way, and pretend to not know me.  Hoping to get out again in a few days, which will be amazing.
