Como continuación a mi anterior fotografía una toma desde la parte superior de este singular edificio de Antonio Palacios. Construida en 1919 bebe los aires de la escuela de chicago.

Lo que más impacta al visitarlo es el enorme y elegante patio central, iluminado por la luz natural que procede de una vidriera del techo. En su contorno se van articulando blancas y relucientes galerías, un seductor juego de curvas cóncavas y convexas que precede a los diferentes locales y despachos.

Apoyarse en una de sus barandillas mirar en silencio, de los pies hasta el techo el impoluto interior,mientras te dejas llevar por la belleza de otra época es algo difícil de olvidar. Casa Palazuelo Mayor, 4 Madrid

As a continuation of my previous photograph, a shot from the top of this unique building by Antonio Palacios. Built in 1919, it drinks the air of the Chicago school.

What strikes you the most when visiting it is the huge and elegant central courtyard, illuminated by natural light that comes from a stained glass window on the ceiling. In its contour, gleaming white galleries are articulated, a seductive play of concave and convex curves that precedes the different premises and offices.

Leaning on one of its railings, gazing in silence, from the feet to the ceiling, the pristine interior, while letting yourself be carried away by the beauty of another era is something difficult to forget. Casa Palazuelo Mayor, 4 Madrid
