chasing ephemeral giants - a photo on Flickriver

            in palma's heart, by the parc de la mar, a child leaps towards the sky, chasing the graceful dance of a soap bubble, a fleeting giant conjured by the deft hands of an artisan of whimsy. it's a silent ballet against the canvas of a cloud-dappled sky, a moment where joy and wonder are as palpable as the sea breeze. the child's eyes are wide, feet barely touching the ground, suspended in mid-air like the bubble he pursues, and there's a sense of something magical at play, something of dreams and the pure, unbridled reach for them. in this dance, there is no before, no after, just the perfect now.
