Female Pileated Woodpecker...#4 - a photo on Flickriver

            This past spring, for a few weeks I (along with many others) were able to watch a pair of Pileated Woodpeckers  interact while they had one female chick in their nest.
The area provided for good shooting conditions of the nest and when the adults were foraging for food in the surrounding area.
