Yet Another Flower Bokeh - a photo on Flickriver

            Carl Zeiss Jena is one of the most popular and the most highly regarded vintage lenses. Nifty fifty in particular. It is prized for its sharpness, contrast and color rendition. Bokeh too, is second to no other 50mm lens.

This is an early zebra version with radioactive glass. It is not in perfect condition. Some glass separation is visible on the edges, and it it unprofessionally cleaned so it does not focus on infinity anymore. But, it still one of the lenses I use the most often. Perfect companion for vacations, as it is very versatile.
