Shine On - a photo on Flickriver

Shine On

I was amazed at the radiance of this lovely dahlia (might actually be a rose) when I looked through the folder from last summer. We are pretty far from summer at the moment but I could not move on without giving it a look in Lightroom.

This dahlia was in a series that I shot using the kit lens (24-70 f4) that came with my Z6 hand held that day. That little lens is so sharp and lightweight that it was a total blast to use for a change.
