Powerscourt Estate - a photo on Flickriver

Powerscourt Estate is in Enniskerry, County Wicklow, Ireland, and is a large country estate known for its manor house and splendid landscaped gardens.
The house was originally a 13th century castle before being extensively altered from 1731 through to 1741. Unfortunately, after a fire in 1974 the house was left a burnout shell and it was 22 years before the interior was rebuilt in 1996. . . .Sigma 18-200mm f3.5 -6.3 DC OS HSM

I have just now discovered that Chris de Burgh, a British-Irish singer-songwriter and instrumentalist, was living in the Enniskerry area when I visited Powerscourt Estate in October 2011. He moved to the area in 1997 and has lived there ever since.
I wonder if that is a woman dressed in red, at the extreme right hand border and if so, could she be Chris de Burgh’s “Lady in Red” . . .
