Este roble carrasqueño (Quercus faginea) situado en la población de Alhama de Granada y conocido localmente como el "Quejigo de Júrtiga". Con una altura de 20 metros, un diámetro de copa de más de 33 metros y un perímetro de base de unos 8,5 metros, está catalogado como uno de los árboles singulares de Andalucía. Plantado por los Romanos aproximadamente hace unos 800 años.

This carrasqueño oak (Quercus faginea) located in the town of Alhama de Granada and known locally as the "Quejigo de Júrtiga". With a height of 20 meters, a cup diameter of more than 33 meters and a base perimeter of about 8.5 meters, is listed as one of the unique trees of Andalusia. Planted by the Romans about 800 years ago.
