Eternità - a photo on Flickriver

Eternità

            I passed by this older couple in Milan and there was something almost apocalyptic about the light and the gazes with the Eternity sign behind them.  This is clearly an older couple and I imagined they've probably been together for many years.  I asked my partner what he thought the human on the left was thinking about and I was worried he'd say something about regret (mainly because I am not an easy person to live with) and he said "Oh, he's probably thinking about where he's going to get tiramisu later on."
