66 739 Mill Meece 180124 - a photo on Flickriver

            A pleasant, but chilly, hour in the sunshine at Mill Meece observing West Coast Mainline ops. The Hitachi Class 805 was on mileage accumulation runs. Still frost on the ground with air temperature hovering around zero. The chimney behind the trees is part of the splendid Victorian edifice of Mill Meece Pumping Station, thankfully now a museum.
