1876 Group Photo of young women - a photo on Flickriver

Albumen photo print of a group of ~45 young women sitting and standing on an inclined lawn, with one mature man on the upper right. Large building on left with two people at a table on the porch. Likely some sort of school picture. Women appear in loose clusters and are dressed in fine clothes and bonnets, some with sun shades. One holds an early box-style camera.
Print is mounted on studio board (slightly warped), Photo by "Phillips Philadelphia" embossed on board (likely Henry C. Phillips, 1843-1911). Image is clear but slightly yellowed. Dated in pencil on back along with "Gift of Russell Coes". Large, 13 3/4" x 17"
