Water Street Spaceship - a photo on Flickriver

            Opened in 1906 as the National Shawmut Bank Building and at one point the headquarters for the Fidelity Corporation, 40 Water Street was redeveloped in 2018 as part of the Congress Square project transforming this side of Post Office Square with a 24/7, pedestrian friendly mix of residential, multi-level retail, offices, a boutique hotel and Quaker Lane, a pedestrian plaza and public space knitting the whole project together.  Boston, Massachusetts, USA.

Inaugurado en 1906 como el edificio del National Shawmut Bank y en un momento la sede de Fidelity Corporation, 40 Water Street fue remodelado en 2018 como parte del proyecto Congress Square que transformo este lado de la Plaza Post Office con una amigable mezcla amigable peatonal de las 24 horas, los 7 días de la semana con residencias, comercio de varios niveles, oficinas, un hotel boutique y Quaker Lane, una plaza y espacio público que une todo el proyecto.
