Peregrine Falcon - Hartland Point-2 - a photo on Flickriver

            I recently visited Hartland Point in north Devon for the first time. I had read that it was a favoured spot for sea watching, with a good chance of raptors around also. This Peregrine falcon was holding station, calmly watching the world go by, on the rocky promontory in front of the light house. He remained there for over an hour. I think it was probably a young male bird.
