Lakeside House, Buttermere - a photo on Flickriver

            At the start of November I was lucky enough to spend some time at this lake. I had already done the sunrise earlier and decided to have a late breakfast and then return to check the light again later. When I got back in late morning I was greeted with this stunning shaft of light lighting the mountain side behind Buttermere's legendery lakeside house.
