Byron

            Byron etymologically it meant 'of the cow shed', so Lord Byron's family would have been beef farmers or cow herds back in the day. They thought It would be "cool" to name a burger joint after a bisexual romantic poet.

George Gordon Byron, 6th Baron Byron FRS was an English poet and peer. He is one of the major figures of the Romantic movement, and is regarded as being among the greatest of English poets.
