At 101 metres tall, St Paul's Tower was the first true skyscraper to be built in Sheffield, England. It has remained the tallest building in the city since it was completed in 2010. Taking over 4 years to build, it contains 316 apartments spread over 32 floors and an adjacent 9-storey mid-rise building called St Paul's View, which is linked at ground level by several retail units.

Although St Paul's Tower has enjoyed the status of being Sheffield's tallest building for over 13 years, its reign will soon come to an end when a new building called Code Sheffield is completed. With a planned height of 117 metres, Code Sheffield will not only be the tallest building in Sheffield, but it will also be the tallest building in Yorkshire, surpassing the 114 metre Altus House in Leeds.
