Great White Egret (Ardea alba) - a photo on Flickriver

            Taken from the dam at Swithland Reservoir, Rothley, Leicestershire.
Return visit looking to get some shots in decent light of the 4 Greater Scaup (Aythya marila) we saw on last Thursday in not so good light.

There were a least 5 GWE and 15+ Little Egrets, and the light was superb. 
The Glossy Ibis was also located but far too far away for shots.
