Black-necked Grebe (Podiceps nigricollis)

            Our second site of the day in Nottinghamshire, at a  site I have been watching these for a few years now.

A group of 8 birds close in not bothered by my presence at all, too busy socializing. A lovely time spent with my favourite grebe for my wife and I.

I couldn't decide on these two so put them both on, never seen this behaviour before.
