            down the harbor area there is a lot of shady business going on, even now under the rule of Queen Esmeralda, one such shady character is the queens husband the Tyrol Prince consort also known as Albert...
He frequents the capitals inns and wine-cellars especially those where he can have his consumption put on a tab for tomorrow, since the money his wife provide him with are far to meager to supply his constant need for alcoholic beverages...

This is such a night, he happened to sit at a table with two Franconian knights serving in the queens army...

they started a conversation with Albert by saying: 

- ´ello, ´ello my royal highness, you are him, are you not? We?

- Yes Ich am ze guy, but bitte just call me, Albert, I am not any one special, just another drunk!

- AAH I zee, you want to alone be?

- No mein freund, nein, I don´t mind you reden, talking to me, I just feel a bit useless...

- Aaah, but mon ami, don´t feels sad you are here among friends, we are your Frankonian friends, I am Gui du Lombard and this is mon fellow wingman, Jean-Jean Barda, we are your, our your queens loyal soldiers, we have been serving her and before her we served during her ex-husband King Henry, we found a new home here when our Frankonian impireé got sacked and crushed by the barbarian hordes... you are too, foreign aren´t you, what is that accent you speak in, might it be south-tyrolian?

- Yes, ganz genau, spot on az we say here! how could you tell my dialect?

- Well mon bien ami, I served in Emperor Franz-Huberts court as friendly exchange of diplomatic between our kingdoms, are you relation to him, perhaps?

- Yes, He was mein Onkel!

- Ah I see, ´e was un fine man, soo why you are so sad now? is it, because you play, how do you say it, playing the second fiddle in the quire?

- Mein Freund, I drink because, I feel that there is nothing I can do to walk geradeaus, eh, forwards, and zu... eh Ich hat keine zielpunkt , eh how do you say, all goals and all is just gone, I am just like one of those Qualle, fish-out-of-jelly, just float around and all power id in ze königins hands...

- Mon Ami, mon Ami. I have a plan, I and Jean-jean have gotten how do you say a bit, bit, bit, eh, I  mean a petit homesick, we miss our old home, but me and Jean-jean we have bought an old castle from and old lord, and some surrounding, how do you call it, terre, eh terrain, just a few quadrupled squares of terre, but still a small thiefdom but we need a king, someone with sangreal, the right bloodline, are you allowed by the femme to rule your own little micro-terre?
...I know it is just me and mon ami Jean-jean and five peasants but still you would be king there and prince here, that would level you relationship with your madame, since she would only be your queen there, not the ruling queen... what you say? would you?

the conversation carried on from here over the whole night, maps was picked up, plans where written down, draft for a constitution and so on...
