Number four ran out onto a Hoya carnosa leaf when I watered that plant.

Five descended rapidly, rappelling straight down to my desk while I was working there! Thank goodness I keep a cup handy because of all the spiders I’ve encountered in this area. I reached for the cup with one hand and its line with the other, hoping to raise it and slow its descent. I must have startled it enough, because I was able to capture it, and this one got photographed too.

Number six appeared 2 days later, creeping up over the edge of my desk and exploring my phone charger before it stepped out onto the flat surface of the desk where I could drop a little cup over it. It was hyper and I didn’t even bother to try to photograph this one, having gotten enough photos by now.
This was all over the course of five days. The spiders are lucky I like them!
