Sea Level - a photo on Flickriver

Sea Level

            Right down on the harbour at Kirribilli.
My favourite rock platform to photograph the bridge and city. 
It's sea level, lol.

You have to watch out for the wake created by the passing ferries and cruise ships. It can cause the rock platform to almost slide into the harbour. Not quite, lol.

And, after enduring the harbour waves and salt, thankfully, just up the road in the cool Kirribilli village there are the Italian celebrity baristas at the awesome Cucina Casalinga Ristorante Italiano. So who needs to go to Rome or Venice?

And this may look similar to previously posted images from Kirribilli, but it is actually new.
It has enhanced purple, a slightly better reflection, and the city is cropped due to the annoyingly 'soft edges' of the Canon EF 16-35mm 2.8L II USM lens which did not take the tall CBD buildings crisply enough for me. Working on that.
