            C-FHRC, a de Havilland Canada DHC-8-102 Dash 8, on approach to runway 06R at Toronto Pearson International Airport in Mississauga, Ontario.

It was arriving as PAG1200 (Perimeter Aviation LP) from Thunder Bay, Ontario.

Serial number 209 first flew on April 17, 1990 and began its career as C-FHRC with Air Alliance Inc. of Sainte-Foy, Quebec on April 27, 1990. 

Air Alliance was a subsidiary of Air Canada. Its aircraft wore the Air Canada Connector livery.
