St Lukes Bombed Out Church Liverpool

            In the spring of 1941, Liverpool suffered for several days at the hands of German Bombers during World War 2. This is the bombed out shell of Saint Luke's Church, the church burned for a whole three days solid but fortunately, not a single life was lost as the bombing occurred through the night. 

In recent years the church building has been used for local arts and theatre events hosted by bombedoutchurch.com please do visit that website to learn more about this incredibly historic church.
