Der Chevrolet Impala ist ein Full-Size Car, das vom Automobilhersteller General Motors unter der Automobilmarke Chevrolet in den USA mit Unterbrechungen von 1958 bis 2020 in den USA gebaut wurde.
Grundlegend überarbeitet, wurde der Impala (wie auch der Biscayne und der Bel Air) im Modelljahr 1965 präsentiert.
Die Wagen waren flacher, breiter und länger. Die Nase mit dem niedrigen Kühlergrill, der sich auch unterhalb des Stoßfängers erstreckte, formte ein flaches V, dessen Spitze nach vorne und oben wies.
