Minimalist picture of a Magpie (Pica pica) sitting on a railway power supply (copper alloy) cable.

            It's not an overhead wire and so it had never been in contact with any pantograph of an electric locomotive. It's a power supply wire for the overhead.
The light green colour of the cable surface is due to oxidation.
