The Boathouse - Disney Springs - Lake Buena Vista, Florida

The Boathouse is a signature restaurant in Disney Springs with a culinary focus on steaks, chops, and seafood. While there are certainly opportunities to splurge on dishes like Maine Lobster Tail Oscar or one of the Gibsons Heritage Steaks, the spot also offers a more casual outdoor menu and sandwiches such as their Gibsons “Sandwich King” Award-Winning Burger. And the raw bar serves three to five varieties of oysters in addition to Anastasia Gold caviar sourced from a local farm in Pierson, Florida. The Boathouse offers seating for 600 (400 inside and 200 outside), so there’s not a bad seat in the house. And don’t miss the chance to stroll around the dock and check out the beautiful vintage “dream boats” from the 30s, 40s, and 50s! Another highlight of this unique restaurant is the Amphicars. These cars that “drive” on water are just part of the entertainment at The Boathouse.
