            「荷花」
  蓮花的正名叫荷花，結的果實叫蓮子，地下莖為藕。
  蓮科蓮屬多年生草本出水植物                           
  葉片及花朵高高挺出水面, 葉圓形，無裂縫。
  一朵蓮花的花期只有三天，在清晨四、五點花苞開啟，
  十點左右花就合起來，連續兩天；
  到第三天觀賞到盛開的蓮花，也表示著凋零就要開始了。
  在花凋謝後二十天，即可採收蓮蓬，剝蓮子了。
