RD24606-7,p. 32424 at Sheffield Park.

            RD24606-7,p..  Now that the boiler’s been fitted, the London, Brighton & South Coast Railway replica Atlantic 32424 BEACHY HEAD is really beginning to look the part.  It’s under construction in its own shed at Sheffield Park on the Bluebell Railway in Sussex where, unfortunately, the cramped conditions make photography difficult.  

Nevertheless, this shot does give some idea of what the finished locomotive will look like when completed in a year or two.
