Milky Way at Wembury - a photo on Flickriver

            Last night I set out to get a shot of the Milky Way at Wembury Beach. This was my first time trying to get a shot of it and had to wait ages for the cloud to disappear even though the weather forecast was clear. My camera really isn't powerful enough for astrophotography, and I need a lens with a wider aperture so the quality isn't the best. It was worth a go though, and It was really peaceful standing on the beach just listening to the sea in the pitch black.
